Job Description

Patera Landscaping is on the hunt for a dynamic Landscape and Pool Designer to enhance our portfolio with stunning, high-end residential projects. This role will focus on crafting bespoke landscape designs that integrate luxurious pool installations, ensuring each project is a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development : Conceptualize and create comprehensive landscape and pool designs that meet the unique desires of our high-end clientele.
  • Project Management : Oversee the entire process from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Client Interaction : Engage with homeowners to understand their vision, present designs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Installation Oversight : Supervise or manage the installation of pools, ensuring integration with the landscape design while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with our sales, installation, and maintenance teams to bring designs to life.
  • Professionalism : Deliver high-level service with excellent communication, organization, and follow-through with clients, crews, and vendors.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience : Proven experience in landscape design with a specialization in pool design and installation. Experience in managing pool installation projects is highly advantageous.
  • Education : Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Skill Set : Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar. Strong understanding of horticulture, site analysis, and construction detailing.
  • Leadership : Ability to lead and coordinate with installation teams, ensuring design intent is perfectly executed.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
