We are looking for a candidate with a strong marketing background, particularly in Lead and Demand Generation, as well as Content Marketing. You should be a hands-on leader who takes initiative and brings innovative ideas to enhance our commercial growth within the cybersecurity sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Shape and define the marketing strategy to align with overall business objectives.
Demand Generation Oversight: Manage and optimize lead generation efforts and the organization's digital presence.
Budget Management: Oversee and plan the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Content Development: Lead the creation of content for various platforms, including web, email, social media, and paid advertising.
Campaign Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing campaigns, making improvements as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
Community Engagement: Leverage our growing community to drive substantial commercial growth through outreach initiatives.
Incentive Program Development: Spearhead projects such as referral programs to enhance customer engagement.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to generate high-quality leads and support sales efforts.
Cross-Departmental Leadership: Act as a marketing leader, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to foster strong interdepartmental relationships and integrate CRM methodologies.
Event Management: Responsible for launching and attending industry-specific events to promote the organization.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics to assess performance and guide future strategies.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns to nurture high-value customer relationships and maximize revenue growth.
Experience and Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the cybersecurity field or a SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo is essential.
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Marketing role, with a proven track record in demand and lead generation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Campaign Success: Demonstrable experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive significant commercial growth.
Team Leadership: Previous experience managing a marketing team is required.
SEO and Content Marketing: Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and project management skills are essential.
Travel: Some travel may be required.
