End User Services Analyst
Job Location: 4 Irving Place, Manhattan, NY 10003
Work Model: Onsite with Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements: This is a 100% onsite role, and the resource might have to travel once a week to different locations within NYC with expenses paid
Experience: 1 to 5 years

Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Should be able to report onsite daily - No remote/hybrid work permitted.
Responsibilities:
- Perform customer support tasks.
- Perform all on-site activities related installation, repairs, management, and maintenance.
- Track and document the progress of requests.
- Perform troubleshooting.
- Identify all issues.
- Suggest and implement solutions.
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in field services.
- Experience with software and tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
