Job Title: Staffing Recruiter

As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various positions. Your ability to build strong client relationships and ensure candidate satisfaction will be key to our success. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future client demands.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to align staffing solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and staffing challenges promptly.

Placement and Onboarding:

  • Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, and pre-employment screenings for candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including completing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth transitions into the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Staffing industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience recruiting for various roles and industries.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
