Scrum Master

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed program strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage and maintain engineering team workflows, reporting, and dashboards using tools like Jira.
Track team performance metrics such as velocity and sprint progress, ensuring alignment with goals.
Identify and resolve roadblocks impacting team performance and project timelines.
Effectively coordinate and manage resources to drive successful project execution.
Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring seamless communication and program delivery.
Guide the team in adopting agile principles, self-organization, and cross-functional practices.
Anticipate, assess, and address risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating when necessary.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to established quality and performance standards.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organization.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, outlining program milestones, risks, and overall status.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or an equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role within software development.

Expertise in Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, XP, Jira, Trello).
Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and conflict management capabilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, particularly under deadlines.
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle, testing practices, and quality assurance.
