Job Description: Site Scheduler (Contract Role)

Location: Ravenswood, WV

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Scheduler for a contract role supporting a large-scale metals manufacturing facility construction project. The position requires on-site coordination, schedule management, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Coordinate with construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align schedules and ensure material/equipment delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
• Communicate updates and reports to project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Background in manufacturing or large-scale construction projects, preferably in metals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship required; successful candidates will undergo a background check.

Contract Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension.
• Project Scope: $800M facility construction with multiple buildings.
• Start Date: ASAP.
