Job Description: Site Scheduler (Contract Role)
Location: Ravenswood, WV
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Scheduler for a contract role supporting a large-scale metals manufacturing facility construction project. The position requires on-site coordination, schedule management, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
- Coordinate with construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align schedules and ensure material/equipment delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Communicate updates and reports to project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred).
- Background in manufacturing or large-scale construction projects, preferably in metals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. citizenship required; successful candidates will undergo a background check.
Contract Details:
- Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension.
- Project Scope: $800M facility construction with multiple buildings.
- Start Date: ASAP.
