Title: SAP SCNO & S4 HANA PLM Consultant

Location: Remote (Travel is between 1 or 2 weeks max per month to Chicago)

Duration: 6 months

Alignment: W2

Description:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SCNO and S/4HANA PLM modules.
• Optimize supply chain and product lifecycle management processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain and PLM functionalities.
• Map business requirements to SAP solutions while ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SCNO, PLM, and other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM).
• Facilitate end-to-end processes, from design to production, ensuring smooth data flow and system interactions.
• Assist in managing and configuring recipes and product specifications within SAP S/4HANA PLM, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Implement solutions that support product compliance, including regulatory requirements, certifications, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure product data management and change management processes adhere to compliance standards.
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transition of data into SAP SCNO and PLM systems.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency during migration activities.
• Conduct user training sessions on SCNO and PLM functionalities and provide post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCNO and PLM processes and configurations.
• Prepare functional specifications, system design documents, and test scripts to ensure proper documentation of configurations and changes.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and deliverables effectively to key stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with SAP SCNO and S/4HANA PLM implementations.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing SAP solutions for supply chain management and product lifecycle management processes.
• Strong background in working with recipes, specifications, product compliance, and regulatory requirements within SAP.
• Expertise in SAP SCNO functionalities, including planning, scheduling, and network optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PLM, including product data management, change management, and engineering BOM.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP SCNO, PLM, and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).
• Experience in managing and migrating data for supply chain and PLM processes.
