Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Onsite)Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years Employment Type: Full-Time / W2 Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) with additional expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management). This role demands an in-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to customize SAP solutions to meet the business requirements. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities. Design, customize, configure, and test SAP FICO modules. Integrate SAP FICO with SAP SD and MM modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements. Provide expert advice on SAP FICO capabilities and best practices. Conduct end-user training and prepare user manuals. Perform unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain and update project documentation. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting. Proven expertise in SAP FICO with a solid understanding of financial processes. Hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP MM modules. Strong knowledge of business processes in financial accounting and controlling. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus. Desirable: Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience in leading or managing small project teams.
