About the job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator Remote. The immediate goal is to Finalize Price Book in salesforce and integrate Panda DOCs
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance our member engagement, streamline operations, and support our mission-driven initiatives. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective use of Salesforce to meet the needs of our staff, members, and community.
ESSENETIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM Migration:
Lead the planning, development, and migration of a new Salesforce-based CRM system by understanding current workflows and business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and align the system with business objectives, and coordinating with vendors and consultants for smooth integration and deployment.
Salesforce Administration:
Perform day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks, including user setup, profile management, data imports, and system configuration.
Stakeholder-facing
Customization and Configuration:
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the
unique needs of the JCC, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and
validation rules.
Data Management:
Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data
audits, cleaning, and de-duplication.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support and training to staff and users,
ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively utilize Salesforce.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to
provide insights into our operations, program participation, and member engagement.
Integration:
Work with third-party vendors and IT teams to integrate Salesforce with
other systems and applications used by the JCC.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes,
enhance system functionality, and improve user experience.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce
configurations, processes, and user guides.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration, with focus on Salesforce
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator (required)
Certified Salesforce Business Analyst (preferred)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Traction Rec).
Strong knowledge of database management.
Experience with data migration, integration, and API management.
Familiarity with security best practices and data protection regulations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
