👥 The Role: We're looking to expand our team with passionate, hardworking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs). This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families in our community.
📝 Responsibilities
✴️ Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
✴️ Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes.
✴️ Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients.
✴️ Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible.
✴️ Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
🎓 Qualifications
✅ Current RBT certification.
✅ Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
✅ Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✅ Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.

Pay: $18-$22 an hour
