***This job is remote/work from home in the St. Louis, MO area and will come into the office at least weekly for training, meetings, events, etc.

Job Summary

Responsible for handling ongoing projects. Working closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of plans.

Essential Functions
  • Build high-performing cross-functional teams for projects managed.
  • Participate in project planning sessions, accepting responsibility for requirements gathering.
  • Take the requirements and feedback from various departments to create a project plan with a proposed time estimate to complete the project.
  • Maintain project plans related to each project managed.
  • Ensure all functions within IMPACT Group are performing to project expectations.
  • Own responsibility for project timelines and budget to ensure strong financial performance.
  • Manage schedule, scope, and milestone performance using a universal PM tool.
  • Manage project countermeasures and risk mitigation.
  • Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders through various channels such as meetings, email, presentations and reports.
  • Ensure project updates are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience’s needs and level of understanding.
  • Implement a plus delta evaluation framework to assess the project’s performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project status, achievements, challenges, and plans for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree desired or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in project management, preferably in the service delivery industry.
  • Project management certification highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed analytical skills; capable of analyzing problems, issues, and situations; discovering root causes and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Well-developed collaborative skills working with all company areas to create and implement processes and controls in support of company programs.
  • Excellent change management skills as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Results-oriented with strong customer and decision-making skills; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment.
  • A high sense of urgency and attention to detail is required.
  • Proficient in using the internet, MS Office, and email applications.
