PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER - We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Professional Recruiter to join our team at our Express Employment office in Easton PA. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, networking, social media, and referrals, to identify top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client companies.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Applicant Tracking & Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in ATS systems.
- Employer Branding & Networking: Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and professional networking functions to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments to provide insights and guidance to clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or corporate setting preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, skilled trades, office professionals, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
