Practice Manager (No Healthcare experience required) 

At Serenity Healthcare, we specialize in offering alternative treatments & services like TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Ketamine infusion therapy, along with ADHD testing and Medication Management, to treat patients with a variety of behavioral health concerns.

Serenity Healthcare’s supportive organizational leadership will guide you in developing the expertise needed to independently manage a medical technology office.  

A Practice Manager manages the day-to-day business operations of a medical clinic. Their duties include ensuring the practice provides reliable customer service, overseeing staff recruitment and training, and managing budgets 

Responsibilities of a Practice Manager include: 

  • Implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency 

  • Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating clinical staff like receptionists and medical support staff, creating staff schedules and managing time off 

  • Collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care and address practice challenges 

  • Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints 

 
Qualifications: 
 

High School Diploma/GED  

  • 2 + years of management or leadership experience, particularly in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment  

  • Backgrounds such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager and Restaurant General Managers have been proven to be great fits.  

  • Taking ownership of team, office, and patient outcomes involves being proactive and accountable in leading your team and managing the office efficiently 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • People in the following industries have transitioned into this role with remarkable success: restaurants, high-end retail, and hospitality.
