We have a high growth technical environment with a workforce of over 200 professionals. We have a (3) year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 300. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S.

Deltek Practice Manager (remote)

Role and Responsibilities :

• Leadership for the service implementation team that is made up of Application Consultants, Project Managers, and Software Engineers
• Establish revenue and skill development goals and objectives
• Bring Business Acumen to the Leadership Role
• Represent Strategic Initiatives of the Management Team to the Practice
• Build People and Product Relationships with our Suppliers
• Responsible for customer retention and employee engagement
• Report to the Divisional Vice President

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Specific Knowledge of Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint

• 3-5 years’ experience leading consulting teams, preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or General Business preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting, sales order, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse applications
• ERP application implementation and go-live experience
