Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility in Charlotte, NC. This is a 13 weeks contract position and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and patient-focused environment where you'll perform critical blood draws and patient services.

As a Phlebotomist II, you’ll be an integral part of the patient care team, ensuring the highest standards of blood collection and patient interaction. You’ll work alongside other professionals in a collaborative, team-oriented setting, gaining experience and exposure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood draws for a variety of patients, including pediatric.
  • Draw 30+ samples daily in a patient service center setting.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of two other phlebotomists.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Participate in a comprehensive 2-week training program, consisting of one week at the branch office and one week at the work location.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
  • Experience with pediatric blood draws.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Color vision required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, except during breaks and meals.
  • Must be able to pass required vaccinations (TB, Hep-B titer, etc.).

  • Location: Charlotte, NC
  • Job Type: 13 weeks Contract
  • Shifts: 5*8 Days (08 AM – 05 PM)
  • Pay Range : $600-$700 Weekly

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
