Job Description: MS&B is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide all levels of support to multiple attorneys in our Land Use, Affordable Housing, Redevelopment and Public Finance Practice Groups. Responsibilities include drafting, proofreading, revising legal documents and other case material, redlining documents, scanning, saving and uploading documents to NetDocs, managing attorney calendars, coordinating meetings and scheduling calls, maintaining and organizing client files, processing time entries for attorneys, answering phones in a timely and polite manner and submitting expense reports.

· 2+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task with outstanding follow-up skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks while paying close attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread documents
· Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe and NetDocs or similar DMS as well as iTimeKeep or similar time-entry software.
