Job Description:
We are seeking motived, energetic, sales driven indiduals to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with current and potential residents . The Leasing Agent is responsible for all aspects of the sales side, and is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with thier team and closing rental inquiries efficiently.
- Greets all potential and current residents
- Schedules tours with prospective residents
- Showcase the model, clubhouse, ammenties and property during the tour
- Be sales driven, create urgency and excitment to close the sale
- Follow-up with prostpects via email, call, texts, etc.
- Create/Update various ads online to drive traffic
- Enters Maintenance Requests and helps assist Manager with resident requests
- Prepare Lease paperwork for new and current residents
Salary + Commission!

Two days off M-F (please note: weekends are mandatory part of regular work schedule)
Hours
M-F: 9:30AM - 6PM
Sat: 9:30AM - 5PM
Sun: 11:30AM - 5PM
Professional enviroment- please no visible piercings other than ears is allowed. Tattoos must be covered during your work shift.
