Job Description

The ISO Coordinator will be responsible to assure the highest level of quality and EHS performance for assigned area through development, measuring and monitoring of control plans and key process variables, and execution of effective preventive and corrective actions. Ensure improvements from quality and EHS process improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained to improve product quality, manufacturing lead time, cost, safety, and on time scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with ISO standards and compliance (9001, 140001, 450001) required
  • Experience in maintaining certified Business Management System and business systems Manuals, establishing internal audit system and tracking of results
  • Must have experience in coordinating and leading management reviews of management systems, managing procedural and policy review cycles
  • Experience coordinating with registrar for certification audits and audit follow-ups
  • Must have good communication and interaction skill
  • Must be a problem solver and have an eye for detail
  • Experience using Mini-Tab, Microsoft Business software

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The ISO Coordinator will be responsible to assure the highest level of quality performance for assigned area through development, measuring and monitoring of control plans and key process variables, and execution of effective preventive and corrective actions
  • Ensure improvements from quality process improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained to improve product quality, manufacturing lead time, cost, safety, and on time scheduling
  • Lead Audits of Assigned areas, lead effective root cause investigations utilizing Six Sigma tools, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Lead rapid containment effort of customer issues as reported from customer satisfaction surveys and investigate field issues reported through the warranty system, field service reports, customer call data, and field issue databases
  • Report to management on status/performance of KPI and effectiveness of improvement initiatives as requested
  • Coordinate EHSQ activities of assigned areas
  • Act as a resource for the site in EHSQ philosophies, standards, and resources
