 Compensation: 
 Base salary of $25,000 per year, plus commissions and performance-based bonuses. 
 Life insurance sales are required to earn the base salary, and they will also determine commission rates for property and casualty sales.

 Qualifications: 
2+ years of full-time experience working in a State Farm office (required)
 Valid Property & Casualty license in your state (preferred)
 Valid Life & Health license in your state (preferred)
 Proven track record of successful sales experience (required)
 Solid understanding of basic insurance products (required)
