The Home-Based Customer Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving concerns, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive and professional interaction with every client. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and clients, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Schedule appointments, reschedule visits, and provide updates regarding services.
  • Address customer questions related to products, services, insurance claims, and billing.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide personalized support that reflects the company’s commitment to excellent patient care.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or remote setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRMs, and video conferencing platforms.
