Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle customer inquiries and resolve issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via email
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to company policies
- Detect and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to safeguard platform integrity
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to refine processes and elevate customer experiences
- Provide accurate information using the best tools and resources
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Partner with internal and client teams for seamless service delivery
- Participate in training to stay informed about moderation guidelines
- Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
