Position: General Labor

Pay: $17.50-$18.00

Qualifications

At least three years of experience operating a folder-gluer
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience
Ability to work on Saturdays and overtime as required
Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
Basic computer skills are necessary
Strong organizational skills and basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Responsibilities

Run and maintain the folder-gluer line in working order
Monitor the printing process to ensure quality control and make necessary adjustments Inspect for skewing, fiber tears, and adequacy of glue on seams
Train and supervise gluer assistants assigned to the line
Stack corrugated boxes containing finished products
Perform line clearance after each carton run
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
