We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Laborers to join our team in Ventura, CA . As a Pallet Builder, you will be responsible for constructing wooden pallets using hand tools in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in an essential manufacturing role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble wooden pallets by using hand tools such as hammers, nail guns, and other equipment.
• Measure and cut wood to the appropriate size for pallet construction.
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect materials for quality before use in pallet production.
• Stack and organize pallets for shipment or storage.
• Perform basic maintenance on hand tools and equipment as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with any additional tasks as directed by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general labor or warehouse work is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment with some exposure to dust and noise.

Schedule:

• Shift: 1st Shift (Typically Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Full-time hours with potential overtime.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $16.50 per hour.
