### Where You'll Work:

We embrace flexibility with a remote work environment, and you can come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if you prefer. Our offices are located in multiple cities, and we're happy to support your work from wherever you are.

### Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze datasets, maintain financial models, and create reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.


- Data Management & Workflow Optimization: Ensure data quality and manage data entry while refining workflows to enhance reporting efficiency.

- Systems & Tools Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and systems like NetSuite and Kantata for accurate data management and reporting.

- Financial Management & Coordination: Track financial tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and align with process needs.

- Problem Solving & Coordination: Develop strategies to address financial challenges, offer insights from data analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.

### Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets, with advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to streamline reporting workflows and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for presenting business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling issues.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and Suite Analytics is a plus.

### Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.

$60,000 to $70,000 (commensurate with experience and location).
