Events Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth through exceptional event execution. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing a variety of corporate events, conferences, and gatherings aimed at fostering long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, including large-scale conferences, smaller gatherings, roadshows, and virtual events.
  • Venue Sourcing: Identify and secure suitable venues for events, ensuring alignment with event objectives and audience needs.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, including scheduling, catering, equipment setup, and vendor coordination, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, prospective clients, and industry partners by creating engaging event experiences.
  • Global Event Coordination: Manage the organization of three major global events annually, ensuring excellence in execution.
  • Localized Events: Plan and implement smaller, localized events across regions like North Carolina and Dallas, as well as virtual roadshows.
  • Budget Management: Monitor event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  • Presentation Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to organize and showcase impactful presentations at events.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering high-quality events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to the demands of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
