Drywall Finisher

As a Brodie Drywall Finisher, you will monitor the requirements of a construction contract, including estimating, procuring supplies, and managing change orders. Come join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Joining drywall panels.
  • Repairing cracks and damages to drywall panels.
  • Concealing imperfections or exposed irregularities.
  • Sanding down rough surfaces to create smooth surfaces.
  • Managing and maintaining required job equipment while ensuring they are used safely.

Qualifications/Education:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a drywall finisher.
  • Ability to interpret construction blueprints.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain safety practices.
  • Salary Range: dependent upon experience. 

Physical Demands: 

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. On occasion it may be necessary to lift and carry or manipulate items of up to 20 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus working with computer and business equipment.
