Position Details:

Schedule: 4 days per week, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Patient Base: PPO with no Medicaid
Compensation: Initial $650 daily rate, 32-34% of collections, with benefits available.
Partnership Potential: Potential after two years for the right associate.

Associate Criteria:

Licensure: Must have an active Alabama dental license (will consider 2025 grads or residents).
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and patient-focused.
Experience: Open to all experience levels – we’ll support your growth!
