Location Requirements: Must live within the commuting range and be able to work in our Orem site at 545 East University Parkway, Orem, UT Core Responsibilities: * Handle inbound customer chat and email communications * Drive customer satisfaction, through chat and email interactions * Navigate multiple systems and tools * Ongoing training and skill development Qualifications:

• Rewards points knowledge an asset
• Zendesk experience preferred
• Must pass a criminal background and drug test
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
