Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000 yearly
Responsibilities: - Managing a caseload specific to jurisdictions, taking primary charge of all tasks within assigned cases.
- Conducting evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary for case progression.
- Meeting with clients to discuss discovery, negotiate pleas, and provide regular case updates.
- Interacting with prosecutors, judges, and court officials to ensure smooth case proceedings.
- Participating in docket calls at state and municipal courts for effective case management.
- Performing legal investigations, preparing necessary documentation, and providing legal counsel.
- Conducting consultations with potential clients and assisting in client onboarding procedures.
- Attending legal proceedings, conducting legal analysis, and working closely with experienced legal professionals.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to explore and achieve case resolutions.
- Analyzing legal disputes, advising clients, and negotiating on their behalf.
- Maintaining and updating case files to ensure information accessibility for legal team members.
Qualifications: - The candidate must be highly organized and accountable for their tasks while demonstrating integrity in their work ethic.
- A positive mindset and willingness to acquire knowledge are critical attributes for the successful applicant.
- Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is a mandatory qualification.
- Being a licensed attorney in Missouri is a prerequisite for this role.

- Competence in computer applications such as Word, Excel, database software, and Outlook is anticipated.
