Job Title: Residential Construction Project Manager

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (out of state travel required every 2-3 weeks)

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager with a proven background in multi-family projects to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee high-end residential developments in one of the most prestigious areas in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Review project documents, including plans, contracts, and permits.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-family residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
