You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics & service. 

CARTIER CLIENT ENGAGEMENT INTERN

As the Intern of Client Engagement, you are instrumental in supporting the Client Data Manager & Client Engagement Managers in all client activities. The Client Engagement department focuses on developing a deep understanding of our clients behavior and patterns, driving loyalty and retention through enhanced client experiences, personalized communication, and overall Client Engagement programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle data extractions and design digestible ways to share & highlight insights and recommendations to the team and relevant stakeholders
  • Run different recurring reports and maintain distribution cadence to the team
  • Contribute to crafting insights from our annual client profiling study
  • Support in other ad-hoc reports, market research and competitive benchmarking studies when needed
  • Partner with Client Engagement Managers on clienteling activations and related activities
  • Support in preparation of material for main projects by designing and fine-tuning slides/documents for project meetings, Client Engagement roadmaps, activation calendars and other team related activities.
  • Help track and update client engagement activities in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support in team activities and compile comprehensive information and details during team meetings and collaborative sessions
  • Provide administrative support and assist with special projects on the greater team as needed
  • Help to create exciting communications and supporting materials surrounding Client Engagement

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college undergraduate program in marketing, business, communications, or other related field at the time of application.
  • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success 
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives 
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program 
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships 
  • Must be age 18 or older to participate  
  • Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)
