We are looking for skilled and talented Career Flight Instructors who are responsible for teaching students how to fly in a variety of settings using methods that include textbook education, simulators, and live flight training. - Flight training of independent and contract students as assigned.
- Conduct flight training in accordance with FARs and SAA course outline or contract training course, as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate logbook records of assigned students and they are scheduled for stage checks in a timely manner.
- Manage assigned students training within syllabus and the schedule.
- Maintain currency in all procedures and regulations.
- Maintain recency in accordance with FAR 61.57 on file with instructor records.
- Adhere to SOP's and regulations.
- Complete initial Instructor standardization in accordance with FAR 141.79.
- Complete annual recurrent instructor standardization in accordance with FAR 141.
- Complete periodic Line Checks/Evaluation Flights as required.
- Participate and promote the safety culture, reporting all aviation safety related issues via the feedback system, and adhere to the processes related to accomplishing goals.
- Perform Non-EOC and EOC stage checks.
- Other tasks assigned by the Program Manager, Chief Instructor, and/or Center Director.

- Effective communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.
- Well organized and analytical, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read, and write.
- Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner.
- Ability to interact with varied customer base (current and/or prospective) while providing high level of customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.
- Ability to use classroom equipment as necessary.
- Commercial Pilot Certificate and valid Flight Instructor Certificates.
- First, Second- or Third-Class Medical Certificate.
- Recency of experience in accordance with FAR 61.57.
- Minimum of 2000 hours total time and 1000 dual given.
- CFIA, CFII and Commercial Multi-Engine ratings.
- MEI preferred.
