River City Science Academy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jacksonville, United States. As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels. This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity for a candidate with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Process customer transactions, including payments and refunds.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
