Position Overview

We are seeking a  CA Journeyman Electrician who can work independently, lead a team, and handle various electrical projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and lay out construction sites.
  • Install underground conduits, grounding, and conduit racking systems (Uni-Strut, EMT, Rigid).
  • Wire and terminate EV charging stations and electrical equipment.
  • Rig, set, and install small to large electrical equipment.
  • Pull and terminate #8 to 500 MCM CU & AL wire.
  • Manage apprentices and oversee job site operations.
  • Complete JSAs, daily reports, redlines, and project closeout documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • CA Journeyman Electrician Certification (or actively working toward it).
  • Technologically savvy – able to use mobile apps, digital blueprints, and electrical tools.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to lead and work as a team.
  • Drug-free – must pass a pre-employment drug test (includes marijuana).
  • Clean driver’s license – no exceptions.
  • Punctual and reliable – must be on time daily.
  • Willing to travel – most work is in SoCal & San Diego.
  • EVIPT certification would be a plus.
