Brand Ambassador | Lead Generator

Renewal by Andersen - Fairfield County/Westchester

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and outgoing individuals who want to learn new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities on a part-time basis. This challenging and fun job takes place at different retail locations and events throughout the Fairfield and Westchester area. You will meet with hundreds of homeowners at scheduled events at retail locations/events/home shows and actively engage to generate leads and connections by offering appointments for our sales reps to provide a complimentary in-home consultation. This role is geared to an individual looking to build the start of an experience with a homeowner and paint the picture of the journey through the entire process from appointment to install. Act as the knowledgeable advisor to deliver the RbA experience and class leading product.

Primary Responsibilities~

  • Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals
  • Accountable for post event follow up, phone/email/text using CRM
  • Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
  • Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products
  • Gather applicable detailed information for appointment setting purposes

Qualifications~

  • Reliable Transportation (Required)
  • Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check in with manager
  • Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions
  • Outgoing Personality/ Ability to drive a conversation
  • Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application.

How to prepare~

  • You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process.
  • Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games.
  • Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready.
  • You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.
  • You’ll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record.
  • Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview.

Compensation and Benefits~

  • $21.50/hr. plus uncapped weekly bonus!
